Gaming events for Massachusetts groups

Bring the game to your people.

A trailer full of games outside. A shared VR adventure inside. We help schools, youth programs, community spaces, gyms, and companies turn a gathering into something people can play together.

Tell us your space, ages, and headcount, and we'll help match the experience.

Two ways to play

Choose the setup that fits your space.

The trailer and the free roam arena are separate experiences. We can talk through either one when you share your venue and group details.

The game trailer

Bring console gaming to your parking area, campus, company picnic, or community celebration. A Game Coach helps guests get playing and groups can rotate through.

School and corporate game truck events are available with 2, 3, 4, or 5 hours of playtime. Request a quote for your date, town, venue, and group. Setup and travel are separate from the scheduled playtime.

  • Up to 16 players inside
  • Up to 8 more on two exterior screens when weather allows
  • Needs up to 60 feet of flat, level parking space

The free roam VR arena

Turn a cleared gym, multipurpose room, or event space into a shared virtual world. We bring the Meta Quest headsets and Hero Zone equipment and guide the experience.

  • Players move and interact in the same virtual world
  • A clear 15 × 15 ft area is a useful starting point for four players
  • We confirm the room, game, and group rotation plan before booking
Explore free roam VR

The trailer's PlayStation VR2 option is different from the indoor free roam arena and is available only with trailer bookings of two hours or longer.

Who we can bring it to

One idea. A lot of ways to use it.

The best event starts with your group and your space. Here are ways to picture it.

01 / YOUTH PROGRAMS

Boys & Girls Clubs

Make a club celebration, school vacation program, or special member day feel like a big occasion. The trailer can become the outdoor draw; a suitable indoor room can host a guided VR adventure with groups taking turns.

Share the ages, number of participants, supervision plan, and available space. We'll discuss game choices and a rotation plan that suits your program.

02 / FLEXIBLE SPACES

Gyms & recreation centers

Have a gym floor or activity room that can be cleared for an event? It could become an indoor VR arena for a member night, camp program, or community gathering. If you have suitable parking, the trailer is another option.

Best conversation: usable floor dimensions and parking
03 / STUDENT EVENTS

High schools

Give students a shared activity for a celebration, senior event, club night, or fundraiser. We can talk through age-appropriate games, supervised rotations, and whether the campus is better suited to the trailer or an indoor arena.

Best conversation: schedule, ages, and group size
04 / COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

YMCAs

Bring a fresh activity to a youth program, camp session, family event, or member celebration. A multipurpose room may work for VR; an accessible parking area may work for the trailer. We review the actual space before confirming either setup.

Best conversation: room layout and participant flow
05 / WORKPLACE EVENTS

Corporate teams

Make employee appreciation, a company picnic, or a team gathering interactive. Set up casual play, plan friendly competition, or let colleagues explore a shared VR world. We'll shape the flow around your venue and headcount.

Best conversation: venue, duration, and team size
