SMS Terms

Rolling Video Games, operating as Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts, offers text messages to customers who agree to receive them. Our review-request text program sends messages after a completed mobile video game party to thank you for your booking and invite an honest review of your experience. We may also respond to questions you send about this program.

By opting in, you agree to receive these messages at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Participation is optional. Your consent to receive review-request texts is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your completed bookings and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send or receive.

Stopping Messages

You can stop review-request texts at any time by replying STOP to a message. After opting out, you may receive one message confirming your request, and no further review-request texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
