Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I book a Rolling Video Games Party or Event?

A: Please click on any of the "BOOK NOW” buttons on our website, Facebook or Instagram page.  This will take you to our booking request page, where you can access our calendar and check availability.  You simply select the length of party you are looking for, followed by the date and time of your choice.  We will respond to your booking request as soon as possible, and let you know if your requested date/time is available.  Once we have connected with you, we will email you a $99 deposit invoice email.  Once you've submitted the $99 deposit payment, your party will be locked in.  The remaining balance will be due 7 days before your event.

Q: What days are your trucks in operation?

A: We operate 7 days a week and cater to all dates and times.  Please click on any of the "BOOK NOW” buttons on our website, Facebook or Instagram page, to access our calendar and check availability.

Q: What about bad weather?

A: Our mobile game theater can operate in all types of weather — we are climate controlled.  As long as it is safe for us to drive and safe for the guests, we will be there.

A: Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation.  We will make every effort to reschedule your party or event to another date or time.

Q: Do I have to pay for the party or event in advance?

A: Our reservations fill up very quickly.  In order to secure your desired date and time, you will need to pay a $99 deposit, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.  A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your event reservation.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: All payments are processed through a secure online portal, where clients can use either a credit or debit card.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

A: Our reservations fill up very quickly.  We recommend booking at least 30-60 days ahead of your desired date/time.  A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your event reservation.

Q: How much space do I need?

A: We ask our customers to reserve 60 feet of generally-level ground for us to park our equipment.  We reserve the right to refuse to position our equipment in an area that could cause damage to a customer's property and/or Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts' property.  Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled end time.  We always arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of your scheduled event to park and set up.

Q: Do I need a parking permit for the Mobile Video Game theater?

A: A permit is only required if we will need to park in a "No Parking" zone.  Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts' equipment is no wider than any contractor or landscaping vehicle, and in most cases parking outside the home at the curb is no issue.  If a parking permit is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for one.

Q: Is there a minimum age recommendation?

A: Rolling Video Games parties are appropriate for ages 6 and older.  Children under the age of 6 require supervision by a parent or guardian, while participating in video game activities both inside and outside the mobile video game theater.

Q: Do parents need to supervise?

A: Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the party or event location.  Parents are always welcome to join the party, but are not required to supervise unless there are children under the age of 6 at the party.

Q: What time will you be arriving?
