We must have a safe and approved place to park on fairly level ground. We ask our customers to reserve 60 feet of space to give us plenty of room for parallel parking, if needed. This sometimes requires coordination with your neighbors, which could include blocking off spots with cones, etc. We might also have to block a driveway. Upon arrival, if safe parking isn't available, customers have the option of moving the event to a more suitable location nearby, such as a church, park or parking lot. In order to ensure the safety of your guests and our staff, sometimes compromises will need to be made on location. We reserve the right to refuse to position our equipment in an area that could cause damage to a customer's property and/or Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts' property. We will make every effort to find a safe alternate location should this situation occur. Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled time. We always plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of your scheduled event to park and set up. A permit is only required if we will need to park in a "No Parking" zone. Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts' equipment is no wider than any contractor or landscaping vehicle, and in most cases parking outside the home at the curb is no issue. If a parking permit is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for one.
After submitting your party or event request, Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts will contact you directly to review your request. If the requested day and time is not available, we will work with you to try to find an alternate date/time. Once an agreed upon day and time is reached, we will email you a secure link to our electronic liability waiver, followed by a $99 deposit invoice email. The deposit invoice email contains a secure link to an online portal, where payments can be made using a credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. Your reservation will not be locked in, until we receive both the signed electronic liability waiver and the $99 deposit payment. A valid credit or debit card is required to pay for your reservation. All payments made to Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts are done online via our secure portal.
Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts will make every effort to reschedule your party or event to another date or time.
