Our Policies

PARKING POLICY:

We must have a safe and approved place to park on generally-level ground.  We ask our customers to reserve 60 feet of space for us to park our equipment.  This sometimes requires coordination with your neighbors, which could include blocking off spots with cones, etc.  We might also have to block a driveway.  We reserve the right to refuse to position our equipment in an area that could cause damage to a customer's property and/or Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts' property.  Delays caused by clearing space for the truck and trailer will not prevent us from leaving at the scheduled end time.  We always arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of your scheduled event to park and set up.  A permit is only required if we will need to park in a "No Parking" zone.  Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts' equipment is no wider than any contractor or landscaping vehicle, and in most cases parking outside the home at the curb is no issue.  If a parking permit is required, it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange for one.

PAYMENT POLICY:

After submitting your party or event request, Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts will contact you directly to review your request.  If the requested day and time is not available, we will work with you to try to find an alternate date/time.  Once an agreed upon day and time is reached, we will email you a $99 deposit invoice email.  The deposit invoice email contains a secure link to an online portal, where payments can be made using a credit or debit card. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.  Your reservation will not be locked in, until we receive the $99 deposit payment.  A valid credit or debit card is required to pay for your reservation.  All payments made to Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts are done online via our secure portal.

A fee of $99.00 will be charged for any cancellations 7 days prior to the event! A fee of $25.00 Change Date Fee will be charged for any date changes made within 72 hours of your event date.
