Our Policies

By submitting your payment you agree to the following terms:

PARKING POLICY:

We must have a safe and approved place to park on fairly level ground.  The truck and trailer combination needs approximately 50 feet of space. This sometimes requires coordination with your neighbors, which could include blocking off spots with cones, etc.  We might also have to block a driveway.  Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause danger to persons, property or equipment. Additionally, our Game Coach will never park off of a hardened surface.  Upon arrival, the Game Coach will use their discretion to determine where the trailer can be safely parked.  In order to ensure the safety of your guests and our staff, sometimes compromises will need to be made on location.

PAYMENT POLICY:

After submitting your party or event request, Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts will contact you directly to review your request.  If the requested day and time is not available, we will work with you to try to find an alternate date/time. Once an agreed upon day and time is reached, we will send you an email invoice to confirm your booking. You can secure your reservation with a non-refundable $99 deposit, and the remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to your event date. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received. A valid credit or debit card is required to pay for your reservation. All payments made to Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts are done online via our secure gateway.

TRAVEL CHARGE POLICY:

A Travel charge may be applied for locations over 20 miles from the 02116 zip code. Please see our
