How Does a Mobile Game Truck Party Work?

If you've never booked a mobile video game truck before, the process is simpler than you'd expect. Here's the full picture — from the moment you book to the moment we roll away.

Step 1: Request Your Package and Date

Choose your package, date, and time in the Square booking calendar and submit a request. Submitting a request does not confirm the party.

Step 2: Receive the Contract by Email

You will receive an email containing the contract for your event. Review the booking details and terms.

Step 3: Sign the Contract

Complete and sign the contract. Your signature is required before the deposit invoice is sent.

Step 4: Receive Your Deposit Invoice

Once the contract is signed, you will receive an invoice for the $99 deposit.

Step 5: Pay the Invoice and Wait for Acceptance

Pay the $99 deposit invoice. Your event is officially booked only after the signed contract and payment are received and RVG accepts your request. Acceptance is manual and may take a couple of days. Wait for your booking confirmation.

Step 6: Provide the Parking Space

Provide up to 60 feet, about four car lengths, on flat, level ground. The truck runs off its own generator, so no power hookup is needed.

Step 7: The Game Coach Hosts the Session

One professional Game Coach hosts the session. The coach welcomes players, helps with games and supports rotations for larger groups.

Capacity is up to 24 players — 16 inside the climate-controlled trailer and 8 outside on the two exterior screens. The two exterior screens are unavailable in rain, snow, or other inclement weather, so plan around 16 when weather may limit the exterior screens; larger groups can rotate.

Step 8: The Booked Session Ends

When the booked session ends, the Game Coach closes out the gaming session and the truck departs.
