How Your Booking Gets Confirmed
Submitting a request does not confirm your booking. Confirmation requires a signed contract, paid $99 deposit invoice, and our acceptance. Requests are reviewed manually, and acceptance may take a couple of days. Wait for your booking confirmation.
- Submit your package, date, and time request through Square.
- Receive the event contract by email.
- Review and sign the contract.
- Receive the invoice for your $99 deposit.
- Pay the invoice. Your party is booked when payment is received and we accept your request.

Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts needs up to 60 feet (about four car lengths) on flat, level ground.
Players and weather
A standard booking includes one professional Game Coach. Capacity is up to 24 players: 16 inside and 8 outside on the two exterior screens. The two exterior screens are unavailable in rain, snow, or other inclement weather. Plan around 16 when weather may limit the exterior screens; larger groups can rotate.
Travel and VR
VR is available only for bookings two hours or longer. Locations outside 40 miles incur an additional travel charge.
The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

What will my party cost, including travel?
For a birthday party, start with the playtime you want: $500 for 90 minutes, $575 for two hours, or $725 for three hours. The consoles, games, seven 55" TVs, WiFi and one Game Coach are included, and the truck has its own power. If your birthday kid is interested in PSVR2, it's available on bookings of two hours or longer for guests age 10+ with parental consent.
The first 40 miles from our base in ZIP 01731 at Hanscom Air Force Base are included. If your party is farther away, travel is $50 for every additional 10 miles. Send us the full address and we'll confirm the distance and travel fee during booking, so you can plan your budget around your actual location.
A weekday birthday might suit your plans: eligible two-hour Monday–Thursday parties receive $50 off, bringing the package to $525 before any travel charge. Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts also offers a 10% military discount. The discounts can't be combined; ask us to confirm eligibility with your request.
You don't pay the whole party price up front. The $99 deposit goes toward your party, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Your date is confirmed once you've signed the contract, paid the deposit invoice and we've accepted the request. Extra hours added on-site are $200 per hour.
