How Far in Advance Should You Book a Game Truck in Massachusetts?

Short answer: availability changes by date, so the live booking calendar is the reliable place to check. RVG Mass has not published a fixed advance-booking window.

How to check your date

Open the booking calendar and look for your preferred date and time. Because availability changes, the calendar is more useful than a general seasonal estimate.

What you need to secure your date

A signed contract, paid $99 deposit invoice, and our acceptance are required to confirm your reservation. Submit a request, sign the contract emailed to you, then pay the invoice you receive after signing. Wait for your booking confirmation; acceptance is manual and may take a couple of days. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
