Game Truck Party Tips & Ideas
Honest pricing guides, planning tips, and party ideas to help you throw the best event in Massachusetts.
Confirmed booking facts: RVG Mass needs up to 60 feet (about four car lengths) on flat, level ground. A signed contract, paid $99 deposit invoice, and our acceptance confirm the booking; the remaining balance is due seven days before the event. A standard booking includes one professional Game Coach. Capacity is up to 24 players: 16 inside and 8 outside on the two exterior screens. The two exterior screens are unavailable in rain, snow, or other inclement weather, so plan around 16 when weather may limit the exterior screens; larger groups can rotate. VR is available only for bookings two hours or longer. Locations outside 40 miles incur an additional travel charge.
