How Much Does a Game Truck Cost in Massachusetts?

If you're planning a party, one of the first questions is simple: how much does a game truck actually cost? Here's an honest, up-to-date breakdown for Massachusetts in 2026 — what you'll pay, what's included, and how to make sure you're getting real value (not just the cheapest sticker price).

The short answer

Rolling Video Games of Massachusetts lists these party lengths and prices:

• 90 minutes — $500
• 2 hours — $575 (PSVR2 is available)
• 3 hours — $725

Your date is confirmed after the contract is signed, the $99 deposit invoice is paid, and we accept your request. The invoice is sent after you sign the contract. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

What should be included

Price only matters next to what you get. A complete game truck package in MA should include:

• The fully self-contained truck (its own power — no plugging into your house)
• Current-gen consoles: PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch
• Multiple large HD TVs (we run seven 55" screens, five inside + two outside)
• A professional Game Coach to host the whole party
• A big game library and WiFi for online play and updates

What makes the price go up (or down)

• Length: the biggest factor — 90 minutes vs. 3 hours.
• VR: PSVR2 is available with bookings of two hours or longer.
• Travel: locations outside 40 miles incur an additional travel charge.

Compare what each price includes

When comparing providers, look at the equipment, simultaneous-player capacity, weather limits and whether staffing is included. RVG Mass includes one professional Game Coach. Its capacity is up to 24 players: 16 inside and 8 outside on two exterior screens. The two exterior screens are unavailable in rain, snow or other inclement weather, so plan around 16 when weather may limit them; larger groups can rotate.

Bottom line

RVG Mass currently lists $500, $575 and $725 packages by duration. See the full pricing breakdown, explore packages for birthday parties, school fundraisers and corporate events, or check coverage in Boston, Worcester and across the state.
