This policy covers direct contact, the separate Square booking handoff, and optional website analytics described below.

When you directly send RVG Mass details by phone, text, or email, those details are used to respond to you and coordinate your request or event.

Optional Website Analytics

If you choose to allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures eligible public-page visits, contact and booking-link clicks, scrolling, and intentional video viewing. Events use fixed page, placement and package labels. A booking-link click is not a completed booking; a phone, text or email tap is not proof of a completed communication.

Google Analytics stays unloaded until you opt in. Rejecting does not affect browsing or booking. Use Analytics choices in the footer to allow, reject or withdraw. Withdrawal stops optional measurement and reloads this page; it does not recall information already sent. A first-party browser preference, containing only your choice and its date/configuration version, is remembered for up to 180 days. Changing the activation configuration requires a new choice.

With your permission, Google may process technical device/browser, network and cookie identifiers according to its terms. Custom events omit names, ages, birthdates, contacts, addresses, free-text entries, raw referral URLs and sensitive URL parameters. Pages with queries or fragments, unknown routes, and private pages are excluded. Advertising consent stays denied. Session recording is not enabled.

The site uses Render hosting and Google Fonts; ordinary requests to those services are separate from optional analytics. Read Google's privacy policy.
