Game Truck Party FAQs

When is my party actually booked?

Submitting a request does not confirm your booking. Confirmation requires a signed contract, paid $99 deposit invoice, and our acceptance. Requests are reviewed manually, and acceptance may take a couple of days. Wait for your booking confirmation.

1. Submit your package, date, and time request through Square.
2. Receive the event contract by email.
3. Review and sign the contract.
4. Receive the invoice for your $99 deposit.
5. Pay the invoice. Your party is booked when payment is received and we accept your request.

How much space do you need to park?

We need up to 60 feet — about four car lengths — on flat, level ground.

How many people can play?

Up to 24: 16 inside + 8 outside on two exterior screens. The two exterior screens are unavailable in rain, snow, or other inclement weather. Plan around 16 when weather may limit screens; larger groups can rotate.

Do you have internet in the truck?

Yes — the truck runs high-speed Starlink satellite internet, included in every package at no extra cost. Online gaming, Fortnite squads, game updates — all covered. The one requirement: Starlink needs a clear view of open sky to work, so heavy tree cover or parking tight between tall buildings can affect the connection.

What ages is the game truck best for?

All ages! We have games from Everyone to Mature rated. Our Game Coach selects age-appropriate games for your group. We've done parties from age 5 all the way up to corporate adults!

Do we need to provide anything?

Nothing! We are 100% self-contained. Truck, consoles, TVs, games, controllers, Game Coach — all included. We don't even need power from your home. We run off the truck.

How does payment work?

A signed contract, paid $99 deposit invoice, and our acceptance confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.

When is VR available?

VR is only for bookings two hours or longer.

Can I choose which games are played?

Browse our full game library, then contact us before your event with the titles you would like to play. Our Game Coach will help choose age-appropriate games for your group. We do our best to accommodate requests.

Is there a travel charge?

Locations outside 40 miles incur an additional travel charge.
