The Game Truck Party Checklist: Plan the Whole Party in 15 Minutes
The best part about booking a game truck party in Massachusetts? Almost everything is handled for you. The truck is the venue, the entertainment, the sound system and the photo op — all rolled into one. Here's the entire checklist, and yes, it really is this short.
Choose and secure an open date
Pick your date and book it. Check the live calendar, choose an open time, and use the booking request to start the contract and $99 deposit invoice process. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. VR is available only for bookings two hours or longer. (See the pricing breakdown.)
Check the parking spot. RVG Mass needs up to 60 feet, about four car lengths, on flat, level ground. Contact RVG Mass if you are unsure whether the available space meets that requirement.
Review the event details
Send invites. Capacity is up to 24 players: 16 inside and 8 outside on the two exterior screens. Because the two exterior screens are unavailable in rain, snow, or other inclement weather, plan around 16 when weather may limit them; larger groups can rotate.
Review the games. Browse the Game Library before the event so your group knows what is currently listed.
Review your own party schedule. Decide how the game-truck session fits alongside the rest of your celebration.
Party day
Clear the parking spot: provide up to 60 feet, about four car lengths, on flat, level ground. The truck is self-powered, and one professional Game Coach hosts the session.
What you don't need to do
The truck is the gaming venue and uses onboard internet and power. In rain, snow or other inclement weather, the exterior screens are unavailable, so plan around the 16-player interior and use rotations for larger groups.
That's the whole checklist. Ready to check off item one?
